6-Week Intensive

Performance Lab

6-week intensive development with SAQ training, strength conditioning, and sport-specific skills. Baseline and post-testing included.

Tue & Thu 7:00–8:00 PM • Sun 11:00 AM–12:00 PM

Ages: 8–14

Limited to 6–8 athletes per cohort

  • 3 sessions per week for 6 weeks
  • Baseline testing on entry
  • Post-testing to measure progress
  • Capped cohort sizes (6–8 athletes)
  • Individualized coaching within group setting
