6-Week Intensive
Performance Lab
6-week intensive development with SAQ training, strength conditioning, and sport-specific skills. Baseline and post-testing included.
Tue & Thu 7:00–8:00 PM • Sun 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
Ages: 8–14
Limited to 6–8 athletes per cohort
- ✓3 sessions per week for 6 weeks
- ✓Baseline testing on entry
- ✓Post-testing to measure progress
- ✓Capped cohort sizes (6–8 athletes)
- ✓Individualized coaching within group setting
- ✓Multi-sport SAQ curriculum
Drop-In
Skills Lab
Community drop-in sessions for fundamentals, movement, and positive competition. All skill levels welcome.
